Product DescriptionProduct Structure & PerformanceThis product consists of protective cap, spike, tubing, upper drip chamber cover, drip chamber, lower drip chamber cover, precision liquid filter, medication port, three-way connector, latex cap, flow regulator, clamp, male luer connector, infusion needle and air inlet component.The pore sizes of the filter medium for the precision liquid filter are 2.0 μm, 3.0 μm and 5.0 μm. The tubing and drip chamber are made of polypropylene thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). Sterilized by ethylene oxide, for single use only.Indications for UseFor gravity infusion only. Clinically used for intravenous administration of medicinal solutions.Instructions for Use

1. Inspect the individual package for integrity. Tear open the package along the tear strip and take out the infusion set. Secure the intravenous infusion needle, close the flow regulator, remove the protective cap of the spike, and insert the spike into the infusion container.
2. Squeeze the drip chamber to fill it halfway with liquid. Open the flow regulator to purge air from the tubing. Remove the protective cap of the infusion needle and perform venipuncture. After normal blood return appears, adjust the flow regulator to the required drip rate. To add supplementary medication, inject drugs via the medication port, or the three-way connector fitted with a latex cap.
3. Perform venipuncture following standard clinical procedures and adjust the drip rate. 20 drops of distilled water from the drip chamber equal (1±0.1) mL [(1±0.1) g].
4. The dual-spike model can be inserted into two infusion containers simultaneously for concurrent infusion or emergency solution replacement. For single-container infusion, keep the clamp on the idle spike closed. Other operations follow the steps above.
